Ragi Gondh Ladoos

This winter try making these super healthy ragi – gondh laddoos . I still remember in my non vegan days we use to make gondh laddoos loaded with ghee .
But these whole foods plant based ragi -gondh laddoos are such a delight ! They are so tasty and healthy .. honestly they even beat the conventional ghee loaded gondh laddoos.

  1. Combine everything together in a soft Ladoo mixture. Add more peanut butter if needed for binding.
  2. Adjust the sweetness as per your liking.
  3. Let the gondh be out in the sun for a day. Then dry puff the gondh on low heat . They will puff nicely when given a prior sun soak. 😉
