- 1 cup roasted corn kernels
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup grated carrot
- 1/4 cup chopped spring onion
- 1 green chili finely chopped
- Lemon juice as per taste
- 1 tbsp dessicated coconut
- Chopped coriander
- Handful of oil free baked sev
- 2-3 tbsp date tamarind chutney (no sugar)
- Chaat masala for taste
- Mix all the ingredients and adjust seasoning as per taste.
- Garnish with oil free sev.
