Mac And Cheese
Who doesn’t love Mac and cheese pasta ?
Well this Mac and cheese pasta can be made in jiffy with minimal ingredients and it’s super cheesy !
This warm and cheesy dish is so inviting and comforting and also is the go to dish for your cheese cravings 😛
- 1/2 cup cooked pasta (whole wheat or gluten free)
- 1 cup steamed unpeeled chopped pumpkin
- 1/4 cup steamed unpeeled chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup cashew milk
- 1 tbsp minced Garlic
- Mixed herbs
- Rock salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onions, bell peppers -optional
- For making the pasta sauce , blend together pumpkin and carrot pieces with some cashew milk and all the seasonings.
- Now toss in the cooked pasta in the warm sauce and serve!
- I like to bake this dish in the oven with some sweated onions and bell peppers for a crusty layer. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
