Creamy Greens Salad
Wondering if you should consume greens in monsoon, then don’t worry, every season produces a number of greens, find out what’s local and seasonal in your area and make this creamy green salad.
- 2 bunches any salad greens like spinach, lettuce, rocket leaves, kale, bakchoy etc
- 2 Carrots julienned
- 3 red radishes thinly sliced (optional)
- 1 red yellow bell pepper
- 2 tbsp toasted sunflower seeds for garnish For the dressing
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp molasses
- Red pepper flakes salt as per taste
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix along with the veggies and serve immediately.
