Raw Payasam

“Eat local, think global”Local and seasonal should be your food eating policy. The Raw Payasam is made with local ingredients like sabza (basil) seeds and coconut milk. Filling and extremely effective to beat the summer heat.

  1. Soak sabza seeds in coconut milk, add date paste. Set aside for 30 mins, add rest of the ingredients, refrigerate and serve chilled.
