Raw Gajar Ka Halwa

- 1 cup carrot, unpeeled, grated
- 1/2 cup grated fresh coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped dates
- Raisins (optional)
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- Almond slivers for garnishing
- Mix the grated carrots and coconut together.
- Add the cardamom powder and raisins if using. Add the dates and mix well using your fingertips to knead the dates in the carrot mixture.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less dates as per your liking.
- Garnish the halwa with slivered almonds. Enjoy!
