Ragi Peanut Cacao Balls
When you get those chocolate and sugar cravings and still you want to enjoy something that’s healthy and wholesome . These gluten-free cacao balls taste amazing, are packed with nutrition and the cacao gives a feeling of bliss.
Ragi is one Millet that goes amazing with cacao.
These energy balls can be made in a few minutes if you have all the ingredients ready.
Whole food plant based ragi peanut cacao balls
- 1 cup roasted sprouted ragi flour
- 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
- 1/2 cup soft dates deseeded
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup organic cacao powder - (using pascati's cacao here)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp rock salt
- Combine everything together in a soft ball mixture. Add more peanut butter if needed for binding.
- Adjust the sweetness as per your liking.
- Make cacao balls and store in an airtight container.
