Post category:Breakfast / Snacks 'No Oil' Moong Dal Wada 1/2 cup green moong dal, soaked for 6-8 hours (preferably overnight) 1/2 inch ginger, crushed 5-6 curry leaves 1 green chilli Salt to taste Drain moong dal and blend with rest of the ingredients to make a thick paste.Make roundels and bake in the preheated oven at 200 degree for 8-10 minutes or till the edges are brown and crispy.Serve hot with fresh mint chutney.
