With this paradigm shift in eating habits we seek to rid society of such lifestyle diseases for good.
OUR STORY
It all started when Madhura Vayal, our founder and chief nutritionist, found limited vegan options for her kids. Also, her patients needed regular, plant – based diet to follow the meal plans she gave them. The food Madhura made for her kids was becoming popular among her children’s friends and even their parents. Requests for her goodies started to pour in. On the other hand, she realized that there was a great gap between the need of a nutritional, flavourful vegan diet and the supply of such meals. Finally, when she found that she was handing out many free cakes, she decided to sell them instead! And thus, the Gratitude Kitchen (earlier known as The Simply Vegan) was born in 2016.
There has been no looking back since. Madhura’s signature cakes, especially the Banana Walnut, Cashew Roll, Double Choco Chip and her Brownies are extremely popular. The Gratitude Kitchen has become one of the favored destinations for meals among the health conscious.
Madhura is passionate about nutritious, plant – based food. She is constantly making innovations in the cuisine, so that her clients get an amazing variety in their meals, all with the right balance of protein, carbohydrates and healthy fats, without compromising on the taste.
