Raw Tricolor Halwa
Let’s end the evil we do to our bodies by feeding on unhealthy and junk food. Bring in Dasshera on a healthy and sweet note with a super healthy Raw Tricolor Halwa.
- 1 beetroot, grated
- 1 carrot, grated
- A small piece of pumpkin, grated
- 1/2 cup dates, pitted
- 2 tbsps raisins
- 1/4 cup grated fresh coconut
- 1/4 cup powdered melon seeds
- 2-3 tbsp mixed nuts, powdered
- 1 tbsp cardamom powder
- Nuts and saffron strands for garnishing
- Mix beetroot, coconut, little cardamom powder, raisins and dates Knead like a dough.
- Mix carrot, powdered seeds, raisins, dates and little bit of cardamom powder. Knead like a dough.
- Mix pumpkin, powdered nuts, dates, raisins and cardamom powder.
- Arrange all three on a plate, garnish with almond and saffron. Refrigerate for half an hour and enjoy!
